Definition of Services

theLATA services are provided as-is through our web based interface only. In no way shal our system be automated, resold, or used for other for profit uses. theLATA provides music hosting, band homepage hosting, image hosting, and closed database access. These services are not transferable and not refundable.

Violations and Consequences

For any or no reason, theLATA staff may suspend, terminate, or otherwise remove your account and/or profile from our system without prior notice, and without refund. Accounts will not be prorated, or refunded.

All content on the website must be appropriate for all ages. Under no circumstances may anyone post profane, derogatory, slanderous, pornographic, or in any other way hostile content anywhere in theLATA network.

All band pages are customizable throgh dynamic css and our template system. All pages must properly display theLATA logo and advertisements. Under no circumstances may our logo and/or ads be coverd, alerted, or otherwise misrepresentated from their origional display.

Access to this website and its property is only permited to thoes following the TOS. Transmision of our intelectual propery and data to another party that may posibly be violating our TOS is not permited.

Abuse and Misuse

Misuese of our resources, including but not limited to, DDOS or bandwidth abuse, posting of copywritten music or images not owned by the band member, content spidering, or any other automation is strictly prohibited. In some instance we may resort to law enforcement aid.
